This privacy policy explains how Bordeaux Privilège collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use this website or our private chauffeur services.
1. Data controller
The data controller is SACEA, a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with share capital of €1, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 995 142 122, with its registered office at 26 rue Bosquet, 75007 Paris, France.

2. Data we collect
- Booking and contact data (which you voluntarily provide through our forms): name, e-mail address, phone number, pick-up and drop-off addresses, date and time of the trip, and any message.
- Traffic measurement data (only if you consent via the cookie banner): pages viewed, traffic source, device and browser type, approximate location data, measurement cookie identifiers.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Managing your bookings and answering your contact requests — legal basis: pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest.
- Traffic measurement and site improvement (Google Analytics) — legal basis: your consent.
4. Recipients and processors
Your data is intended for Bordeaux Privilège (SACEA) to manage your trips. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. We use the following processors:
- Hostinger International Ltd — website hosting (Cyprus, European Union).
- Google Ireland Ltd — traffic measurement via Google Analytics, only after your consent.
5. Retention periods
- Booking and contact data: for as long as necessary to provide the service, then 3 years for commercial follow-up.
- Traffic measurement cookies: maximum 13 months, in line with the French data protection authority (CNIL) recommendations.
6. Transfers outside the European Union
The use of Google Analytics may involve a transfer of data to Google. Such transfers are governed by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
7. Cookies
- Strictly necessary cookies: essential for the website to function (session, anti-spam security). They do not require your consent.
- Traffic measurement cookies (Google Analytics:
_ga,_ga_*): set only after your consent, via the banner shown on your first visit.
